• Bookkeeping I - $150 Org. $200

  • This is for low volume, simple, fresh start book keeping needs with 1-2 bank accounts, just starting out and ~0-25 transactions or less per month. Real estate and construction companies must select Bookkeeping II-III.

• Bookkeeping II - $250 Org. $330

  • This is for low volume, simple book keeping needs with up to 3 bank accounts and ~50 or less transaction per month or less.

• Bookkeeping III - $400 Org. $525

  • This is for medium volume bookkeeping with up to 4 bank accounts and up to ~250 transactions per month.

• Bookkeeping IV - $699+

  • This is for medium to high volume bookkeeping with complex monthly needs for organizations that require annual GAAP compliant financial audits with state or federal funding or contracts. (We do not complete audits, offer the audit prep service).
